Excellent product and easy to use.
I've had it for a little over a month and used it several times already. So it already paid for itself. It's not hard at all to use although I haven't really used all of the functions yet. I also like the protective casing. I already dropped it and there were no damages done to it. I look forward to many more uses, and I'm sure my friends are too.

Lack of product support
I purchased this scanner and installed the software on my computer and was unable to download the latest updates. I tried contacting Actron support and after 2 days of not being able to talk to a representative I gave up and returned the item.

handy tool, but not for a diesel
work great, but dont try to use it on a diesel pickup, it wont even recognize it.
I bought it to diagnose my 2006 f350, and thought there was something wrong with the tool because it wouldnt even acknowlege that it was plugged in.
I have since found out that it doesnt work with diesels.
I am still glad I bought it though, I have since used it on many other vehicles.

I like this product.

it's accurate and easy to read and use.

is just what I expected to be.

good for the price
This is a handy device that works well for the price. I find it is great for checking temperature of wine in the glass, quick ear-temp checks (which run lower than oral), and checking pan temps. It was also interesting to learn just how hots our bulbs burn (including compact fluorescent). It is small enough to fit in a pocket and has a handy auto-off feature.

It does have some limitations. Because of the conical surface area measurement, the size of the area being measured must be smaller than your distance from it. The max temp of around 450F sometimes limits its utility for cooking.

Too cheaply made
I bought this after my last laser thermometer was caught in a rainstorm and died. I wasn't able to get another just like it, so I thought I'd try something cheaper. Right from the start this thermometer showed signs of being inaccurate and it got steadily worse. Now, after only using it 4 times, it's off by almost 25 degrees. Buy something else. This one's not worth it.

Great product
First of all I love the Aqua color. It gives a new look to my white MacBook.The hard case is hard as it says and it good for protecting the bare Macbook from scratches.
One has to take care while installation as its a bit difficult to remove it easily. I use this in combination with Rasfox keyboard skins for MacBook. These both are a good combination together.

great cover for college! WORTH IT!
This summer, I purchased a macbook for college. As a college student, a macbook was not cheap. I wanted to make sure i kept my laptop in the best shape possible. Thats when I found this Hard Case. I thought the color was cool and in the long run, be worth the money. I am very happy I bought this cover. The cover protects my laptop from scratches and little dings and it looks cooler than just the white cover! I would absolutely recommend this cover (esp. for college kids) to people...its worth the money!

Snappy cover, works fine.
We have two Speck covers on MacBook Pros, and two more on MacBooks.

The oldest is twenty months (back when mainly red was available), now we distinguish our computers with a variety of colors. No problems after repeatedly taking them off and on (batteries and memory problems.

I recommend it to most Mac Notebook users. We have none of the typical scratches and dings we've seen on previous computers.

Exactly what I wanted a year ago...
I bought the original EeePc when it first came out for $400. Athough it seems overpriced now, it worked great and I actually used it through a whole semester in college as my main computer. However, back then I actually wanted an ultra-portable laptop I could haul to classes without it adding more weight to the books already in my backpack. The 701 fit the description, but has very little on-board memory and a small screen (although I'm not complaining).

I have to say the 904HA is EXACTLY what I wanted initially. It still has the small size I wanted along with a large storage place (160gb) with additional online storage (10gb). It also has a better webcam (1.3mp) and a larger screen. I thougt about getting the 10" version, but the price was dramatically different and then 1" difference wasn't worth $100-$150 dollars.

The performance is great. I wanted a small laptop that could handle a fair amount of hardcore usage and the 701 just wasn't up to it (although it really wasn't meant to be). But I do lots of video converting and watching, image processing and Adobe Photoshop work, CD/DVD burning, Microsoft Office usage, and of course music with the lovely iTunes 8.1 (which can be a jerk at times). It handles all of them very well in my opinion. I was surprised at how fast photoshop came up considering I'm used to waiting about 3-5 minutes on my other (slightly older) PC's. Internet video handles as well as the internet connection. All my spyware and virus software does minimal interfering with what I'm doing.

All in all I really like this laptop and consider it an excellent upgrade from the original eeepc. Plus, I only paid $300 for it which is also a bargain for any laptop. I would actually compare this to non-netbooks simply because I can't tell too much difference in the performance. But I'm just an average customer looking for a portable laptop with good performance...which I found.

Best Mini Laptop I have found
I bought an Asus 901 and an Asus 904 because my existing laptop, although great, is just too heavy for me to carry around all day at the courthouses. This review is for the 904, with a 160 GB Hard drive, Windows XP Home, 1 GB RAM, and 1.6 GH processor. I have had the 904 for 2 weeks now and am thrilled by it. Boots fast (1 minute 45 seconds) and only weighs 3 pounds 1 ounce (according to my postage meter scale). This is less than half the weight of my old laptop. The 904 has a VGA output port, which allows me to use a bigger monitor or TV if I do not want to use the 8.9 inch display in the unit itself. Surfing the Internet and getting my email on the go is no problem for this 904. Unit appears sturdy and is very quiet in operation. Has a built in web cam for video conferences and 2 speakers tucked under the front edge. Has 2 mics at the bottom of the screen display. If you listen to music a lot I would not recommend this laptop or netbook unless you are willing and able to install external speakers (an external mic and headphone jack is built in). Best battery life I have gotten so far is 5 hours, but I do not use power saving mode so you may do better. This is a 12 volt model which in theory means with the right adapter you could run it off the cigarette lighter in your car (thus far I have just used it off battery and the included AC adapter). Has 3 USB ports. At $350, I believe I got a great bargain. Keyboard is not full size, but not mini either. Sort of in the middle, but I have big hands and it works for me. An additional option would be to buy a portable (folding) full size key board and just run it off the USB port. Very happy. 5 stars

Great little computer!
I've had my 904HA for about 2 weeks now (I'm typing this review on it). It's my first netbook/laptop, although I am the default techie for my wife's compaq laptop and have used the office laptops periodically. I must say that I am more than happy. I get about 6 hours battery life surfing the net or playing games with the wifi on (brightness at about 75%). I've been able to put a "virtual drive" which allows me to run some old games I have, and I've copied over all the MP3s from my MP3 player to have on the road with me.

The only negative I can report is the oddly placed right shift key, but I really haven't noticed this to be much of an issue (I tend to shift with my left hand 99% of the time anyway).

Since I received the 904HA, I have only used my desktop computer one or two times.

I purchased the NC10 from amazon after doing quite a bit of research, I went to several stores to try out different netbooks though no one locally carried the Samsung so I bought it based on reviews and what i did and didn't like about other Netbooks...
Best Warranty, 3 years parts and labor plus you get 3 months extra for registering your purchase on samsung support website. (there is some confusion as samsung website and seller sites say 1 year but the warranty card inside clearly states 3 years.. go to sammynetbook dot com for more info.
Best screen. matte superbright LED backlit screen. 10 inch is a must.. the 8.9 inch screens and keyboards were just too small for me.

I upgraded to 2gb of samsung DDR 2 800Mhz ram.. with no issues though the chipset does not currently run at that speed. maybe they will later with a bios upgrade ...

I really love the whole experience of owning one of these. The battery life is amazing with 7 hours and more. The experience of daily surfing on the go in style is so helpful and enjoyable. If you are on the go and have time between appointments it can really change the way you do business online. You can display products to anyone, learn Tai Chi outside or just in your mind. Just brilliant.

Link to another product used in video. The Tai Chi DVD is only available in the PAL Format for now at Amazon UK. Next year 2nd quarter 2009 for AMAZON.COM.

Great portability but weak power
The Samsung NC10 has a lot of nice features for a netbook but you have to realize that the Intel Atom Processor is weak, weak, weak. Streaming internet video is choppy (even with 2 GB of RAM) and it is extremely slow compared to the Centrino Core 2 Duos.

Incredible movie, disappointing DVD.
This was the best movie I saw this year. In fact, I saw it seven times in the theater. As a result of its great success and the huge buzz over Heath Ledger's legendary performance and tragic demise, I figured The special edition DVD would blow my mind-hole. This certainly was not the case. The only decent special features are an interview with Hans Zimmer and others from the production crew about casting the score, and a featurette on the technology Batman utilizes. The other features (the full-framed IMAX scenes, a few mocked-up episodes of "Gotham Tonight", and a picture gallery) could have been left off as far as I'm concerned. No commentaries, no gag reels, no deleted or extended scenes, and not even a word about Ledger. Those are the things that make a SE DVD worth shelling out extra money for.

If I had looked up the DVD to check out the special features before pre-ordering it, I'd have gotten the single disc edition. I suggest you do the same.

The best movie of 2008 gets a mediocre Special Edition treatment
This movie is fantastic on all fronts- I've seen it 3 times and can't get enough. Seeing it at the IMAX was one of my most fondest summer memories and still is. I made a vow to buy the movie when it got released...

...and I did. As much as I love having it on DVD, I was VERY let down by the DVD. The "Sounds of Anarchy" feature was interesting but it was just about the song "Why So Serious?", a suite that's 2 notes and runs 9 minutes long. I didn't want to see about like 5 minutes of a cellist playing 2 notes. The batsuit thingy was interesting but way too short. It's nice to have the IMAX scenes, but can't we watch them WITH the movie???? And the Gotham City newscasts... *snore*. Boring!!!

So overall, DO buy the movie if you want the movie on DVD, but choose your poison carefully- get the one disc instead. You'll be happier.

Really, Really DISAPPOINTING !!
Sure, the movie is there - and it's great. In my opinion, should be up for best picture of 2008.

However, this item is the Special Edition DVD - and it's total crap. The bonus DVD has very little on it, and what is there is entirely unintersting. Nothing about Heath Ledger's performance, no comments at all from any of the cast on any topic, no comments from Nolan, very little breakdown of any special effects scenes, nothing on the film prep, rehearsals, sets, shots - just utterly, totally lacking.

I feel totally ripped off, I have to admit. I was exciting about getting this package - and it's just a huge letdown.

Just buy the movie by itself - the bonus DVD is garbage.

Cheerful entertainment
Very simple toy. Works on a pneumatic system. There is a ball popper, ball cage and three accessory systems. It also has very good battery life. I wish they had given some extra balls. Once the ball is dinged it wont work well. Iam unable to find other balls that fit in the poper. Overall a very good toy, buy when it is on sale.

Our family is living in furnished apartment while we transition to a new house. Most of our toys are in storage. I bought a selection of toys to keep the boys (age 3 and ten months) in our small space. This toy is such a hit. Both boys like it. My ten month old is fascinated. He has played with it off and on all day long every day this week. I watch his coordination improve as he figures out how to start the music, etc. It's just wonderful fun!

Soooo much fun!
My daughter owns this and LOVES it! She shrieks with delight as the balls pop up in the air and roll around and around. There is so much action going on. Air powered. I can see this toy will really help build her hand-eye coordination and problem solving skills, not to mention keeping her entertained for hours. I've never seen her enjoy a toy this much before!
