Great addition to my Japanese Bullet Train Set
Like another reviewer, I picked up a Tomy Train set in Japan last year. Since I don't read Japanese, I wasn't really able to tell how big the track would be, which turned out not enough to circle my Christmas Tree. I hunted around every toy store for a year. Finally ran across this track linked from another website, which turns out to be the right track. This is not the same track the Thomas the Tank Engine sets at ToysRus and the like, it has a triangular connector that snaps in place. All the ones I found locally were round connectors. Scouring Japanese websites was tough and I was afraid I would spend a fortune in shipping and duties. I am lucky and happy I found this set.
Now my cute JR500 Bullet Train has an expansive track that circles the tree and then some, I am very excited.

Great addition !!
The train track was a great addtion to my grandson's Thomas track that came with his steam train set up. It allows you to make a variety of set ups with loops and curves. Although the bonus car track is a disappointment. We have difficulty keeping the sections together. That is the only reason I scored this a 4 was because of the failure on the track for the cars....Otherwise a good investment to let his train layout grow.
